Low Back Pain: Are Stabilization Exercises Necessary?

How many times have you heard a medical professional say, “You have back pain because your core is weak.” While for some patients this may be true, this treatment approach may not be appropriate for the majority of the population. Peter O’Sullivan is also a huge advocate of patient education and the use of pain sciences. Check out this recent posting about how you can utilize pain science education in your next treatment session!
